From 23th October we are updating the cancellation policy: Rescheduling and cancellation of appointments can be made online up to 48 hours before your appointment without any fee. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur a 100% fee. This applies to bookings made from today onwards. The previous cancellation policy still applies to current bookings.

For new patients, the first step is diagnosis and assessment. We go through a series of questions relating to things like sleep patterns, lifestyle and talk through how the pain shows up. Next we take a look at the tongue and check the patient's pulses. These three steps lead us to the Traditional Medicine diagnosis of any existing underlying imbalance.
