Cancellation Policy

From 23th October we are updating the cancellation policy:

Rescheduling and cancellation of appointments can be made online up to 48 hours before your appointment without any fee.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time incur a 50% fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur a 100% fee.

Appointments can be rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time but incur a 50% fee. Rescheduled appointments must take place within 7 days.

This applies to bookings made from today onwards. The previous cancellation policy still applies to current bookings.
