How to maximise Health and Wellness in the Year of the Fire Horse

Once every 60 years, the Chinese cycle of elements and zodiac animals combine to let the fire horse ride out. 60 years ago, the Chinese Cultural Revolution began, the Vietnam war escalated but also the first ATM was introduced, the first soft landing on the moon happened and the freedom of information act was signed in the US.
Fire and the Horse combined pair speed and transformation, stamina and independence, loyalty and prosperity.
While it will be a good year to help build and improve organ function, dredge the channels and eliminate dampness (water retention, phlegm, oedema), the danger is that we may end up burning too hot for too long leading to burnout and exhaustion, nervous system imbalances, insomnia, cardiovascular strain and hot inflammatory conditions.
